- Responsible for getting new leads and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Promote the company's services addressing clients objectives.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support, manage and train the business development team.
- Experience in international calling and handling North America market.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. (Experienced candidates with concept selling/training industry experience can also be considered).
- Candidates willing to do extensive field work.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Experience: 0-5years.
- Qualification: Any degree.
